Here we again have a good classic, at home. Everyone in the family loves pita bread with delicious fillings.

Pita bread that actually puffs and tastes good

This recipe for LCHF pita bread is really good and pita bread both looks and tastes really good. So a very successful recipe for KETO pita bread that puffs up and they taste super good in themselves and the rest is determined by the filling.


For 4 people

What to use:

280 grams of grated cheese
2 eggs
12 tablespoons potato fiber

How to do:

Melt the cheese in a pan or in the microwave

Add potato fiber and then eggs

Stir quickly until it is a mass ( Feel free to use your hands at the end )

It should have a consistency a bit like a fresh dough that releases the pan / bowl when you lift it ( Add more pofiber if the dough does not release the pan / bowl )

Divide the dough into 4 and place them on a piece of baking paper. Lay a piece of baking paper on top.

Press the dough pieces flat under the baking paper until they have a thickness of approx. 3-4 mm. Use a rolling pin if necessary, but if they get too thin, they unfortunately do not puff ( So better too thick than too thin )

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake them for about 10-12 minutes, until browned and puffed

Tip: We serve our pita bread with Skirt Steak, cucumber and Pointed cabbage with dressing of sour cream and spices, but you can also use minced meat, chicken or fish

Remember: If they do not puff, you can use them as food pancakes
