Ingredients are: Eggs, bacon and sausages

All the morning dishes are very quick to make even busy mornings, but REMEMBER the sausages must be over 80% meat.
The simple one: Pan-fried sausage / cheese sausage in a little butter
The good one: Fried eggs with bacon or sausage
The delicious: Scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon
In this way we get different breakfast every day, but only need to have 3 different items in the fridge, which are also used a lot in Keto recipes
Our favorite is definitely scrambled eggs with bacon, which we get on the weekends.

What to use:
1/2 deciliter heavy cream (Heavy cream is something we always have in the fridge, as it is a main ingredient in a lot of Keto food)
A little salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
How to do:
Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well
Heat a pan with the butter and pour the egg mixture onto the pan and stir around the pan with a fork until the egg mixture is firm
Can be served with a little chives or parsley
Remember!! The fresher the eggs, the yellower the scrambled egg
