An egg wrap is easy to use if you want something completely low in carbohydrates to roll your food in.

It is easy to make and is an easy lunch solution.

The egg wrap itself can be made in advance, just like a regular omelet.

You can make many different egg wraps with your favorite filling, here are a few others.

Without meat: Tomato, mozzarella and pesto

Good on the go: Cheese wrap

Other delicious variety: Salmon and avocado and a little sour cream

All egg wraps can be made so that they are easy to carry and eat on the go.

You store them separately from the wrapping paper in the refrigerator. And they can actually be frozen too.

2 small or a large pancake

What to use:

2 eggs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed (Not needed)
Butter for frying
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Basil pesto
50 grams baby spinach
50 grams smoked salmon
1 avocado

How to do:

Beat the eggs well with onion powder, flaxseed, salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a pan and pour the egg mass on and spread it well on the pan.

Fry the pancake for a few minutes until completely firm. Turn it over so that it is fried on both sides.

Let it cool

Fill it with a good spoonful of pesto, baby spinach, salmon and avocado
