Easy delicious Keto meatballs of minced chicken with grated cheese

Here is an easy recipe for meatballs, which is made on minced chicken, but you can use minced meat of your choice.

We make chicken meatballs once a week. Sometimes we make them on minced pork or beef. But it’s not always because we get it for dinner. It’s just always super nice to always have an easy meat snack in the fridge that you can quickly eat or take with you on the go.

They can stay in the fridge for a few days or you can put them in the freezer.

Kids love them cold or hot.

There will be about 8 large meatballs on this recipe

What to use:

1 lb minced chicken
1 egg
0.20 lb grated mozzarella cheese
3-4 tablespoons of pofiber
1 small onion grated
1 teaspoon salt and pepper

Tips: You can use a handful of herbs (eg parsley and basil)

How to do:

Put it all in a bowl and stir it all for 5 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with butter.

Tip: You can pour a little olive oil on the frying pan when the butter is melted. This prevents the butter from burning. Which do not look or taste good.

Shape the meatballs with a tablespoon and fry them on the pan until golden brown. Place them on a roasting pan and put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 degrees.

Tip: It also tastes really good to sprinkle a little sea salt over the meatballs when they have just come out of the oven.

The meatballs taste good with boiled broccoli and a little sour cream with spices
