Keto bread is not something you have to eat too much of if you want to lose weight on Keto or LCHF, but we think it provides a nice easy and delicious varying option and taste.
We love that it is easy to take such a healthy and energy filled lunch to work, especially if it is a day where you do not expect to be able to sit down and have lunch.

Remember that there can easily be lettuce at the bottom and cucumber at the top. This is made ultra fast, as in 1-2 minutes and then out the door.
Lunch for 1 person
What to use:
2 thin slices nut and seed Bread
A little mayonnaise
2 thick slices of ham
2 thick slices of cheese
Tips: Anything can be put on the keto or Low-Carb bread. If you have leftover meat from the night before or just half an avocado with a little salt and pepper. Almost anything within Keto can be put on.
How to do:
Cut 2 slices of bread
Put 1 strip of mayo on each
Then place a slice of ham on each
Finally, the cheese should be on top
