Tips: Keto bread is not something you have to eat too much of if you want to lose weight on Keto or LCHF.
What to use:
100 grams of flaxseed
150 grams of pumpkin seeds
100 grams of sesame seeds
100 grams of sunflower seeds
100 grams of coarsely chopped almonds
50 grams of coarsely chopped hazelnuts
150 grams grated, aged cheese
5 eggs
½ deciliter of olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
Tips: Once we have baked such a nut and seed bread, it can stay for about 14-17 days in the fridge or one can put it in the freezer. For example, in slices with food paper in between, so you can just thaw a slice up in the toaster or oven when it is to be eaten.
How to do:
Mix seeds and nuts mixed in bowl with oil and salt.
Stir the eggs into the seed mixture along with the grated cheese.
Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 70 minutes at 160 degrees.
