Lovely food does not have to be difficult to make or take a long time.

Yesterday we got this delicious plate, cooked in under 30 min.

Baked salmon with Squash or zuccini noodles pasta – LCHF or Keto

A large, nice salmon fillet, which had got approx. 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees tastes great with squash or zucchini pasta. Zucchini or squash paste can be made by either cutting very thin strips with the vegetable peeler or using a “spiralizer”.

We eat them in 2 ways. You can eat them raw or if you feel like hot accessories, you could easily pour them over with boiling water for a short while.

TIPS:

We can only repeat how easy it is to get your children to eat vegetables if you serve them before dinner. While waiting for the food to be finished in the oven, you can make a vegetable dish and present it to the children, then in 80-90% of cases it will be eaten before dinner is served.

Then it does not matter so much that the kids just eat meat for the evening dinner, because you know that they have been well stocked with the green.

This dish is also really good, as lunch the day after or just, as lunch on the weekend. Then you do not need the big dinner in the evening.

For 4 people

What to use:

4 salmon steaks
1 squash or zucchini
4 tomatoes
2 spring onions or a small ordinary onion
100 grams of cream cheese (Preferably with herbs in or of your choice)
2 cups heavy cream
4 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper

TIPS: You can pour a glass of white wine into the dish with the salmon. It gives a great taste to the salmon. If one does not run keto, but Low-Carb.

How to do:

Turn on the oven at approx. 200 degrees.

Place the salmon steaks in a dish.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Press 2 tablespoon lemon juice.

Put all in the dish with the salmon and put the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Peel or slice squash or zucchini for pasta (Can be eaten raw or hot with boiled water over it)

Put cheeses cream, tarragon, lemon and cream in a saucepan and heat gently while stirring and season with salt and pepper.
