VERY EASY KETO TOMATO SNACK
This dish is good both as a snack or as an accompaniment to a dinner.
It is a favorite here at home, but of course it requires that you like tomato.

Yes. Although the tomato is related to fruits, tomatoes are much easier to keep within the daily limit of carbohydrates than other fruits, which is what makes tomatoes keto friendly. The same can be said for other low carb fruits, including zucchini, peppers, squash, eggplant, cucumbers and avocados.

This recipe is for 2 people
What to use:
1 Cup grated cheese example Mozzarella with a little parmesan
2 to 4 fresh tomatoes depending on size

How to do:
- Roughly chop the tomatoes
- Place the chopped tomatoes in an ovenproof bowl and sprinkle with the cheese
- Put in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
- After the oven let it cool for 5-10 minutes
