At home we have introduced dessert every day and the children think it is fantastic, but it is not every day you want to stand in the kitchen for several hours when you also have to make dinner, so we have several very easy keto and low-carb desserts . Most are a hit and many of them have Greek yogurt as the basic element. Here’s a classic.
Always an easy and good dessert when it has been a long day or unexpected guests have arrived.
For 4 people
1/2 cup Raspberry
1/2 cup Blueberry
1/2 cup Strawberry
1/2 cup Almonds
4 cup greek yogurt
How to do:
- Clean the berries
- Cut the top of the strawberries
- Chop the almonds
- Find 4 glasses or bowls
- Pour 1 cup of yogurt into each
- Put almonds and berries in each
Ready to serve..
